Can we easily reorder?
Absolutely! We retain your orders for up to 3 years. Just reconnect with us.
We don't have our own web shop – can you handle that?
We offer web shop creation services as well as consultation and management to ensure smooth operations.
Will we receive a sample?
You can request as many samples as you like to evaluate the quality and materials for yourself.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum or quote begins at a low level. Specific figures naturally vary depending on the product. Reach out to us with your desired quantity, and we will update you and assist in bringing your project to life.
Do we need to make a down payment?
In light of previous fraud attempts or non-payment, it is necessary for us to require that once all details have been discussed and approval for production has been given, a 50% deposit of the order volume is required. Upon receipt, production begins. Upon completion of textile manufacturing, you will receive the final invoice including delivery and packaging costs. Once payment is made, your collection will be shipped.

Where are the items manufactured?
Our Cloth is produced under fair conditions in various countries, partnering with companies across Spain, Latvia, the United Kingdom, and other locations. Upholding ethical standards is our priority, working with select partners to ensure fair production practices.
What does "fair conditions" mean?
Our dedication to ensuring safe working conditions and fair wages for all manufacturing employees is unwavering. We have a strict policy against child labor and exploitation of garment workers.
How do the textiles get to me?
Shipping by truck/ship takes about two to three weeks most of the time. In case of unforeseen events or general time pressure, we can work with our partners to explore faster options like air freight at special rates. We manage all import formalities.
What packaging options are available?
Depending on the order, we may have slightly different packaging. If desired, this can be adjusted to offer, for example, printed boxes, extra stickers, delivery notes, or other extras. Simply share your ideas with us and we will ensure everything is perfect for you.
